Agilent 54850A Infiniium Oscilloscopes and InfiniiMax Probing Systems

The Infiniium 54850 Series high bandwidth oscilloscopes, combined with the InfiniiMax 1130 Series active probes deliver the highest performance end-to-end measurement system available. With bandwidths up to 7 GHz and up to 20 GSa/s sample rate on each channel, the 54850 Series are ideal for making signal integrity and jitter measurements for PCI Express, USB 2.0, Serial ATA, GbE and other high speed signaling standards.

The InfiniiMax active probes offer the highest performance available for measuring differential and single-ended signals, with flexible connectivity solutions for today's high-density ICs and circuit boards.

Infiniium analysis options such as 7 GHz enhanced bandwidth, serial data analysis with 8B/10B symbols, 2-jitter analysis packages, I2C and SPI decoding, ultra wide-band vector signal analysis, a variety of pre-compliance test packages and more allow you to customize your oscilloscope for your particular application.
