M1 Oscilloscope Tools™ puts more, and more powerful, measurements at your finger tips than you can ever get directly from the scope manufacturer. With over 250 built-in time-tested and lab-validated measurements, what you need is probably already in there. If not, M1 OT™ includes a simple yet sophisticated framework for adding your own measurements either via Matlab or directly in M1.

M1 OT also includes the most powerful RjDj decomposition tool in the industry. SEEj™ is calibrated, validated, and specified over an enormous range of 'jitter space'. And since M1 OT comes from ASA (the inventor of time-interval analysis using a scope), you can be sure that your analysis is backed by rigorous science and testing.

Embedded Intelligence

A major consideration in the design of M1 Oscilloscope Tools™ is to make the most powerful features of the product easily accessible and useful to the new or casual user. HAL™ - Hidden Anomaly Location

The heart of M1 Oscilloscope Tools v5 is Hidden Anomaly Location, or HAL. Think of HAL as your own private signal integrity expert, searching your data and automatically alerting you to potential issues in your signal that you may not have even known to look for. But HAL doesn't just find problems, it can even tell you what might be causing the problems, and suggest how to fix them. If there are no problems, you probably won't even know that HAL is around. But if a measurement seems to be having a problem, HAL will let you know.

Waveform Exploration and Debug

M1 Oscilloscope Tools™ makes exploring your waveform easier then ever, using an interface that was designed for maximum ease of use and efficiency while still allowing the power user access to its most powerful features. You can intuitively Pan and Zoom across multiple synchronized domains while focusing on your measurements, not figuring out how to use the tool.

M1 Oscilloscope Tools' debug capabilities provide all the tools you need to easily home in on even the most difficult-to-find problems. M1 OT™ allows you to view the modulation and time domains simultaneously, and provides ways to easily correlate behavior in one domain with behavior in the other. M1 OT's Virtual Deep Memory Toolkit will help you make the most of whatever memory your scope has, without having to resort to expensive memory upgrades or even a new scope. Other capabilities allow you to easily analyze 100's or even 1000's of acquisitions and find the one instance of undesired behavior, or analyze how certain parameters vary over very long time scales.
