Fluke 123 Industrial ScopeMeter
Make A Full Sequence of Measurements Without Ever Having To Adjust
The Tool
Scope users know how frustrating triggering can be. The wrong trigger
settings show unexpected, unrecognized, and sometimes wrong results. The
Fluke 123 Industrial ScopeMeter recognizes signal patterns and automatically
sets up correct triggering, to always provide a stable display of even
the most complicated signals - including motor drives and control signals.
Fast Fault Finding with Connect-and-Viewª
"Connect-and-View" hands-off operation provides rock stable, reliable
and repeatable displays of signals without touching a button. All signal
detail is revealed including spikes and noise. Even complex signals are
triggered automatically and flawlessly. The Fluke 123 features unique
"single test lead does all measurements" providing intuitive ease of use.
You can use one and the same set of test leads for waveform display, multiple
meter readings, capacitance and resistance measurements, and continuity
checking. There's no need to swap leads.
Troubleshooting scenario: An automatic wave soldering machine shows
occasional "hiccups". Printed circuit boards don't move along. What's
wrong? Follow this quick sequence of tests to find the problem.
1. Check the line power. The Fluke 123 adjusts automatically. Display
AC volts. Look at the waveform. It shows distortion (harmonics) and noise.
Move the test leads to the power supply. There's no need to readjust the
Fluke 123.
2. Check the DC power to the control unit. The DC voltage level is correct.
The ripple appears okay and no spikes are visible, so the power supply
and filters check out.
3. Move on to the control signal from the digital board. There's no
need to touch a button. The Fluke 123 sets tself up automatically.
You can perform all of these checks while holding the test leads. No
adjustments to the ScopeMeter are necessary. The display is always correct
and stable. Connect-and-Viewª allows for quick and reliable checks of
many test points in a quick sequence with a minimum of errors.
Battery power provides isolation from ground and delivers optimum mobility
with no line cords or ground wire to get in the way of getting good measurements.
The Fluke 123 Industrial ScopeMeter streamlines troubleshooting tasks
making you and your team more efficient.
