NetTest GN-6025 Loss Test Sets
The GN-6025 series instruments are fast, rugged and
easy-to-use handheld Power Meters and Loss Test Sets.
The GN-6025 series instruments are fast and easy-to-use handheld Power
Meters and Loss Test Sets designed for attenuation and power throughput
measurements for point-to-point fiber optic links. Also, high power versions
of the GN-6025 are ideal for optical amplifier characterization and CATV
applications. They feature a rugged design, built to withstand the difficult
testing environment of fiber optic cable installation and maintenance.
Calibrated at five wavelengths (850, 1300, 1310, 1550, and 1625 nm), these
instruments are ideal for testing all singlemode and multimode fiber applications.
Benefits
- Accurate attenuation measurements in minimum time
- High power input capacity enables optical amplifier characterization
and CATV measurements
- Combined light source and power meter permit loop-back and dual fiber
testing
- Rugged design endures years of use in the most challenging environments
- Multi-wavelength calibrations provide for L-band characterization
- LP View Windows¨-based PC software enables efficient documentation
and accurate reporting
- Automatic wavelength switching minimizes test time and reduces errors
