Features

The Tektronix HC411 is a thermal printer that features quiet and clear printing in a portable, lightweight, battery-powered package. It can be connected to instruments through either the RS-232C serial or the Centronics parallel built-in interface. The printer’s 90 ft. (27 meter) roll of paper provides more than enough records for most applications. The printer can be used with either the AC adapter or the built-in NiCd battery, which can be recharged fully overnight and which can print 1500 lines on a single charge. This printer, which is manufactured by Seiko, is an ideal accessory to several of Tektronix’ portable field instruments. It gives the user the capability of making a waveform record in the field and the confidence that the record is correct for the field report.
