TEK YT5060 Passive Voltage Probe

The YT5060 60 MHz Passive Voltage Probe permits selection of 1X or 10X attenuation, using a switch located on the probe head.

This probe is compatible with general purpose oscilloscopes having an input capacitance between 20 and 40 pF.
