When you return a unit that you have bought or leased from MetricTest, we evaluate the equipment to determine whether to issue an RMA number. MetricTest makes it convenient for you to request your RMA number. Call us at 1-800-432-3424 or fill in the RMA form. An order management representative will be in touch with you shortly with your RMA number.
